"... we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually we are members one of another." Romans 12:5

"He gave gifts ... to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until all of us come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to maturity, to the measure of the full stature of Christ." Ephesians 4:11-13
The members of the Anglican Union and the wider Confraternity affirm a call to mission in the name ofJesus Christ so as to extend the Kingdom of God, that people everywhere will come to know Him as Savior and serve Him as Lord in the fellowship of the Church. Members direct their efforts to lead a holy life and to promote the growth of the Church and its continual sanctification. In exercising their rights and privileges of the faith, members of the Confraternity should take into account the common good of the wider Church, the rights of others, and their own duties toward others. All members of The Anglican Union are expected to be of honest character and humility, able to conform to the doctrine, discipline, and worship of the Anglican Communion as expressed in this Confraternity.
